Scope of Services and Customization
Our wedding customization services include, but are not limited to, the following:
Bridal Gown Customization:
We offer custom sizing based on our existing bridal gown designs, with the option to adjust details to meet the bride’s preferences.
Groom’s Suit Customization:
We provide tailor-made suits for the groom based on existing styles, with adjustments available for fit, fabric, and other specifications.
Wedding Veil Customization:
We create matching veils based on the bridal gown style, with options to adjust the design and length to your liking.
Bridal Bouquet Customization:
Custom bouquets are designed according to the wedding theme and bride’s preferences, with flowers and colors tailored to your taste.
Corsages & Boutonnieres Customization: We offer personalized corsages and boutonnieres for the bride, groom, bridesmaids, and groomsmen to ensure cohesive wedding styling.
Wedding Jewelry Customization: We create bespoke jewelry (necklaces, earrings, rings, etc.) according to the wedding theme and the couple’s personal style, with the option to adjust size and design from our existing styles.
Nail Art Customization: Personalized nail designs are provided to match the wedding style and the bride’s preferences for a perfect overall look.
Invitation Card Customization: We offer a range of invitation card designs based on your wedding theme, allowing you to add personalized content.
Guest Seating Cards Customization: Custom seating cards for guests are designed based on your seating arrangement to add a refined touch to your wedding decor.
Vow Card Customization: Personalized vow cards are created to match the wedding style, with options for paper type and design selection.
Wedding Favors Customization: We offer a variety of pre-designed wedding favors, allowing you to select the style and make adjustments to packaging and details.
Customization Process
Initial Consultation & Selection:
– Clients can communicate with our consultants through online chat, email, or other official channels to discuss the wedding theme, style, budget, and other requirements.
– We will provide a selection of designs for you to choose from, allowing you to pick the most suitable options based on your preferences and wedding theme.
Size Confirmation & Customization Details:
– For bridal gowns and grooms’ suits, clients are required to provide accurate measurements (e.g., bust, waist, hip, shoulder width, height, etc.). Our professional team will tailor the products based on the provided measurements.
– For items such as bridal bouquets, corsages, etc., clients can specify preferences for flowers and colors. We will create a design that matches your requests and confirm the final details.
Production & Confirmation:
– Once the order is confirmed, we will begin the production of the items. Bridal gown production typically takes 2-3 months, while other items usually take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the designs.
– Upon completion of each item, we will confirm the final design with the client before proceeding with delivery.
Delivery & Acceptance:
– All customized products will be delivered one week before the wedding. Clients can either pick up their items in-store or have them shipped.
– Clients must inspect the items upon receipt. Any issues should be reported within 3 days, and we will make the necessary adjustments or address any concerns promptly.
Payment & Fees
Deposit & Payment:
– A 50% deposit of the total cost is required upon order confirmation to initiate the production process.
– The remaining balance must be paid before shipment. Failure to pay the balance on time will result in a halt of the order, and any shipped items may be intercepted.
– Once payment is made, the deposit is non-refundable, unless there are quality issues with the product.
Customization Fees:
– The cost of customization depends on the selected style and customization requirements. A detailed quote will be provided during the initial consultation.
– If additional modifications or custom designs are requested beyond the standard offerings, supplementary charges may apply.
– All prices are inclusive of taxes.
Rush Service:
– If clients require expedited production, additional rush fees will apply. The specific fees and timeline will be determined based on the project.
Modification & Cancellation Policies
Modification Policy:
– We offer 4 free modifications for sizing adjustments (no additional service fees). Clients are responsible for shipping costs for any modifications. Shipping fees for the return of modified items will be covered by us.
– Any modifications must be requested before production begins. Modifications requested after production has started will incur additional charges.
Order Cancellation:
– Once an order is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable if the client decides to cancel.
– If the customization process has already begun, the client will be responsible for paying for the completed portions of the order.
Quality Issues & After-Sales Service:
– If there are quality issues (e.g., incorrect sizing, material defects), clients can report the issue within 3 days of receiving the products, and we will provide a free replacement or repair.
– Returns or exchanges for non-quality issues will not be accepted.
Other Terms
Delivery Time:
– We will make every effort to deliver the customized products on time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics issues, material shortages). In such cases, we will communicate with the client and agree on a new delivery schedule.
Client Responsibilities:
– Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing and customization details. We are not liable for any sizing or design issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
– Clients must follow the care instructions for the products to prevent damage due to improper use.
Privacy Protection:
– We are committed to protecting clients’ personal information. All information provided will be used solely for order processing and customer service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Fitting Service:
– As our customization process involves adjustments based on existing designs, we do not provide fitting services. We ensure accuracy by adjusting the items according to the client’s measurements and providing the final customized product.
